Inhoud
Note: these courses (TL2V14104 Tlc-Tweede-taalontwikkeling  en EN3V13001 Eng-Lang. Development across the Lifespan) cannot both be part of your programme because the courses have an overlapping content.

This course provides an introduction to the scientific study of the processes that determine the acquisition and development of English as a second language. Covering language development across the lifespan, this course provides students with the conceptual foundations underlying the study of second language acquisition and introduces them to current debates in this area. Students are also familiarised with the commonly used experimental methods in the field.
